I have great regard for career counselling as it helps in guiding students/professionals on the threshold of taking vital decisions about their future in academics or career. Many times a student pursues subjects in high school based on expectations of family and friends, without paying heed to his/her own aptitude or interest. This kind of situation can be very detrimental for the future of the student. The psychometric tests and the results obtained therefrom can remove so many doubts and uncertainties from the minds of the students and professionals, who can get a clear idea of what they should be doing in the future based on their capabilities, to achieve their dreams.

I have a rich experience of more than 15 years in the Corporate sector in fields ranging from Publishing, Education and Health and Fitness industry, in the roles of Sales & Marketing and Coordination. Also, I have had entrepreneur experience for around 8 years in the field of health and education. All the experiences that I have gained over the past 20 plus years in various industries have made me aware of the importance of choosing ones field of study/work wisely based on ones aptitude and abilities. As a teacher, I have had the opportunity to interact with my students, both children and adults, in a highly interactive manner wherein I have at many times counselled them regarding their studies, professional and personal matters.  I strongly believe that the informal counselling that I have been receiving and giving over the past few years has prepared me well for guiding the individuals who are in need for direction in the future course of action, be it for their education or career.
